I crafted cohesive, brand-aligned visuals that elevated the digital experience across Florida Blue’s member site and app. From UI illustrations to branded elements, my work helped bring warmth, clarity, and trust to complex healthcare journeys. By interpreting and extending corporate brand guidelines, I designed custom illustration systems that added personality, provided visual guidance, and supported seamless user navigation across digital touchpoints.



Member Experience - Error pages
In this project, I created vibrant and user-friendly illustrations to enrich the interface and address error scenarios. Through a combination of creative brainstorming and meticulous design, I transformed potentially frustrating experiences into opportunities for engagement and visual delight. The result was a cohesive and inviting user experience that effectively communicated technical issues while maintaining a playful and approachable aesthetic.
Care Management
Each visual element was carefully chosen to convey empathy, expertise, and the supportive role of the team in enhancing healthcare outcomes. By integrating these visuals strategically, the page effectively communicated complex information in a clear and engaging manner, fostering trust and understanding among members about the team's crucial role in their care journey.
